Okay guys, we get it! If a company is successful, it basically means that their logo is implemented with the same success in the minds of millions and it can be cataloged as a brilliant designed embraced by the entire world. Actually, if a company is successful, it means that their variety of services or products are of high quality and manage to communicate directly to their targeted public, making their brand gain more and more trust via friend referral in day-to-day situations.
Although these should be the normal steps a company should go through to achieve success and worldwide brand recognition, some companies try a different technique by investing a large part of their budget in marketing efforts and graphic designs (logos, prints, websites) to skip the basic steps towards international fame and to increase their awareness in record times.
This procedure is one that shows results, in a relatively short period of time, but after a while, people will start to notice that your company’s image is just another “rip-off” of a famous brand that took years of work to reach a certain level of awareness, through their color scheme, logo, slogans and other PR and advertising tools.
Here are just a few palettes of examples of company logos that have been done way too much and we’re not quite sure that similar logos will not appear again on the long term.
Orange circles with deltas are always a popular choice…
Deltas, deltas, deltas… Has our imagination stopped working?
OK, we all love trees, but nature can be summed up in many other ways!
Oh, and the classics!
Apparently, it only takes 3 lines and 1 circle.
How about these old babies?
Somebody told these graphic designers that they’re looking for something creative, fresh and… UNIQUE!
